Ray Zollo, M.D. serves as senior scientific reviewer on the University of Rochester IRB.   Dr. Zollo is the research advisor on IRB matters to faculty and residents within the Department of Anesthesiology. He facilitates the review process for proposals submitted by members of the Anesthesia Department to the IRB.
