Dr. Andrew Sifain, Fellow in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia, and Dr. PJ Papadakos have authored a paper published in the Canadian Journal of Respiratory Care.  The article titled, "Pump Lung: The Conundrum of Cardiopulmonary Bypass", will appear in print in Vol. 47, #3, pages 26-33, and is a directed reading continuing education piece with questions at the end.  It is available as a PDF download on the journal's web site.
