Dr. P.J. Papadakos was a featured speaker at the 9th annual Neurocritical Care Society Meeting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Sept. 21, 2011.  He spoke on Mechanical Ventilation for the Neurointensivist and also contributed a chapter for the board review book and questions for the practice board exam.

Dr. Papadakos was also the featured speaker at the 31st annual Symposium of the New York Society for Respiratory Care Meeting held at Turning Stone Resort, Verona, NY, September 23, 2011.  He spoke on the Pathophysiology of Mechanical Ventilation and Surfactant Disfunction.
