Drs. Ian Condon and Peter Papadakos have published an article in the current issue of Applied Cardiopulmonary Pathophysiology, titled "Non invasive respiratory support in a multi-trauma setting: A case report". The report covers the complex management of respiratory failure in multi-trauma patients. Studies have strongly supported the use of non invasive respiratory support for reducing morbidity and mortality of specific groups of patients in acute respiratory failure. In this case report, it was used successfully in an acute multi-trauma patient.
