Drs. Laurent Glance, Mark Neuman, Elizabeth Martinez, Knneth Pauker, and Richard Dutton have had their article, Performance Measurement at a "Tipping Point", published in the April edition of Anesthesia and Analgesia.  Their goal in writing the white paper is to provide anesthesiologists with the background they need to actively participate in the development of performance measures for anesthesiologists.
